Description: The monument is composed of cast-stone with the embedded seals of the five branches of the U.S. military -- Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Coast Guard. The stone is in the shape of an inverted trapezoid, with the narrow angle pointing downward to the base. The stone rests on an inscribed angular base. A plaque is embedded in the stone plaza in front of the structure.

Location: The monument is located next to the flagpole circle in the cemetery and faces generally north. The cemetery is located on the south side of South Railroad Street off Government Road.
Landscape: The monument sits just a few steps south of the circle surrounding the flagpole and surrounded by the rows of grave markers in the cemetery.
